Robinson Real Estate has been helping area property owners find great tenants, and helping renters find great apartments and homes in Northampton and surrounding towns in Massachusetts since 1992! With our always increasing referral base and inventory, we moved to our new, larger office located at 35 State Street in downtown Northampton in October of 2009. 

Robinson Real Estate handles real estate rentals only, we do not handle real estate sales, and we can therefore devote ourselves full time to finding you the perfect rental apartment, home, or condominium. In the 20 years that we have been handling rentals in Northampton, we have established  great relationships with literally hundreds of area landlords, and we have helped thousands of clients find their new rental.

Northampton is a diverse community located in the Five College area of Western Massachusetts. Smith College is located in town, and is a 5 minute walk from Main Street. The University of Massachusetts, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke College and Amherst College are all  a short distance from Northampton.
